Photoshop is almost godlike because you can create anything under the sun with the proper effects, filters, stock image and of course the main feature image. Racey images are stand out the most because they break a lot of social norms and can be very offensive to some but hilarious to others. Graphic art creations that border on inappropriate are always the best images to get the type of attention you are looking for both positive and negative.
